The ownership and operation rights of the Jinli Scanner App belong to the Shanghai Jiuzhu Information Technology Co., Ltd, and reserves the right to change the information and services provided by the platform at any time. Users of the relevant information and services provided by this platform (hereinafter referred to as "users") must agree to all the following terms before using.
Ⅰ、Jinli Scanner App is copyrighted by Shanghai Jiuzhu Information Technology Co., Ltd, and any other organization or individual may not copy, reproduce, or modify its content without the platform's authorized consent. Users are not allowed to upload, publish, or disseminate any form of information containing the following content on this platform:
1)Any content/information that violates national laws, regulations, and policies;
2)Political propaganda and/or news information that violates national regulations;
3)Information involving state secrets and/or security;
4)Feudal superstition and/or obscene, pornographic, obscene information or information inciting crime;
5)Gambling prizes, gambling games, "private service", "external" and other illegal Internet publishing activities;
6)Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies;
7)Information that hinders the security of Internet operation;
8)Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content that is detrimental to social order, public security, and public morality;
9)Other content that violates laws, regulations, departmental rules, or national policies;
10)Content deemed inappropriate by other platforms for publication on this platform.
Ⅱ、If the user violates this agreement, this platform has the right to take corresponding measures:
1)If the user violates this agreement, relevant national authorities or institutions may file lawsuits, fines, or take other sanctions against the user. If any damage is caused, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law, and this platform shall not bear any responsibility.
2)If this platform discovers or receives reports from others that the information uploaded by the user violates this provision, this platform has the right to make independent judgments and take technical measures to delete, block, or disconnect the link. At the same time, this platform has the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting or terminating the use of this platform's services, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
3)Users should comply with relevant local laws and regulations while using this service, and respect local ethics and customs.
4)Users should avoid involving the platform in political and public events due to the use of the Jinli Scanner service, otherwise the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the service for users.
Ⅲ、The User must agree that the potential risks and all possible consequences arising from the use of the Platform services will be borne entirely by the user, and the Platform shall not assume any responsibility for these possible risks and consequences. Potential risks include:
1)"Force majeure" as used in this Article refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable or insurmountable objective events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as flood, fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake and storm, and social events such as serious power or network failure of the basic telecom operator network, war, unrest, government actions, sudden changes in national policies and strikes.
2)System interruption or malfunction, including but not limited to:
a.During the period of system shutdown and maintenance on this platform;
b.Telecommunications equipment malfunctions and cannot transmit data;
c.Due to force majeure factors such as typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, power outage, terrorist attacks, etc., the system of this platform is obstructed and unable to perform business;
d.Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions in the telecommunications department, website upgrades, banking issues, etc;
This platform does not guarantee that the services provided can meet all the requirements of users. For situations where network services need to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrades, this platform will issue notices in advance on important platforms as much as possible depending on the specific situation.
Ⅳ、To the extent permitted by law, this platform shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or derivative losses (including business losses, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use of data or other economic benefits) related to or arising from this agreement, regardless of how they arise, whether caused by breach of this agreement (including breach of warranty) or infringement, even if the possibility of such losses has been notified in advance. Furthermore, even if the exclusive remedies provided in this agreement do not achieve their basic purpose, this platform shall be excluded from liability for the aforementioned losses.
Ⅴ、The user agrees to respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of this platform and other users.
The user agrees to bear all liability for damages caused to the platform or any third party due to their violation of any provisions of relevant laws, regulations or agreements.
Ⅵ、Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, this platform reserves the right to interpret any provision of this agreement and the right to change it at any time. This platform may modify any term of this agreement as needed at any time. If such changes occur, this platform will provide a new version of the terms. The user's use of the platform's services after the change will be deemed to have fully accepted the changed terms.
Ⅶ、This agreement shall remain applicable until terminated in accordance with the following provisions. When the following situations occur, this platform can terminate the agreement with the user at any time:
1）If users engage in fraud, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others, or other serious violations of any platform rules while using the Jinli Scanner service；
2）This platform has received complaints and reports from third parties against users, and has obtained preliminary evidence or verified it；
3）The user has violated any provision of this agreement；
4）Termination of this agreement as required by laws and regulations；
5）This platform believes that the actual situation is no longer suitable for continuing to execute this agreement.
Ⅷ、Member purchase related instructions
1）Subscription price: We will hold promotional activities from time to time to provide users with better quality services. The specific subscription price is based on the actual displayed price in the app.
2）Subscription payment: The automatic renewal of the product requires the user to confirm the purchase and make the payment, which will be credited to their iTunes account.
3）Subscription renewal: 24 hours before the expiration of your membership, Apple will automatically deduct the fee from your iTunes account. After successful deduction, the validity period will be automatically extended by one cycle. If you unsubscribe, Apple will try to deduct the fee periodically during the deduction period. Please pay attention to the subscription and deduction situation in a timely manner.
4）Cancel Renewal: If you need to cancel automatic renewal, please cancel it 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.

1）Jinli Scanner solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Jinli Scanner from liability and restrict user rights. Users are advised to carefully read and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement in the presence of their legal guardians.
2）If any provision of this agreement is partially or completely invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain binding on both parties.
3）The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes or controversies arise between the user and Jinli Scanner, they should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversies to the people's court with jurisdiction over the Shanghai Jiuzhu Information Technology Co., Ltd's place of residence.
